Data Privacy and Confidentiality Statement
- Introductory Provisions
By accessing and/or using the HVAR BREWING website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Data Confidentiality and the ways in which HVAR BREWING’s website is used. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the website, leave the website, and not access and/or use the HVAR BREWING website.
- Changes to Data Confidentiality
HVAR BREWING is authorized to amend the Data Confidentiality Statement at any time by publishing the amended text of the statement on the HVAR BREWING website. Any changes to the Data Confidentiality Statement become effective immediately after being posted on the website. Any use of these websites by the End User after such notice will be considered as acceptance of the changes.

If the User continues to use the website after changes are made to the Data Confidentiality Statement, it is assumed that they are familiar with, understand, and fully accept the changes. HVAR BREWING excludes responsibility for any damages caused to users, registered users, or third parties as a result of such changes.

HVAR BREWING collects personal information that identifies Users of the website. When the User engages in certain activities on the HVAR BREWING website, such as opening a user account, subscribing to a newsletter, posting content and/or submitting text on forums, participating in competitions organized by HVAR BREWING, completing surveys, posting comments, sending feedback to HVAR BREWING, requesting information about HVAR BREWING’s products, uploading videos, HVAR BREWING may request the User to provide certain information about themselves. HVAR BREWING d.o.o., Mate Hraste 6, Hvar (hereinafter: HVAR BREWING), attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and privacy (hereinafter: privacy protection) of its users in accordance with applicable regulations and best European practices. The protection of HVAR BREWING users’ privacy is an integral part of our services and products and an important factor in the user experience.
Through the User Privacy Protection Policy (hereinafter: the Policy), we aim to provide our users with clear information about the processing and protection of their personal data at HVAR BREWING and allow them easy oversight and management of their personal data.
